Frequently Asked Questions

Everything people actually ask, answered plainly — including the questions where the honest answer is "no."

What is SWYFT?

SWYFT is an alcohol-free hypochlorous acid (HOCl) body spray, 4 fl oz, made for the gap between finishing a workout and getting to a shower. You spray it on, it air-dries in seconds, and you feel clean again. No rinse, no wiping, nothing to throw away.

Does SWYFT replace a shower?

No. It covers the stretch until you can take one. If you showered that morning, you're not dirty — you're sweaty, which is a much smaller problem.

Where do I use it?

Face, neck, shoulders, chest, back — anywhere that sat under a strap, a helmet, or a soaked shirt. Avoid your eyes.

Does it sting on cuts, mat burns, or shaved skin?

SWYFT contains no alcohol, which is the ingredient responsible for the sting most sports sprays cause on broken skin. Easiest thing about the product to verify yourself.

Will it clear my acne?

We don't claim that. Post-workout breakouts have several contested causes and no spray addresses all of them. If breakouts are persistent or painful, see a dermatologist.

What's actually in it?

A dilute hypochlorous acid solution in water. No alcohol, no parabens, no added fragrance.

How is it different from body wipes?

Speed and reach. A spray gets your back and shoulders without undressing, works in a car or a locker aisle, and leaves no trash. Wipes dry out, tear, and commonly still don't leave you feeling clean.

How long does one bottle last?

4 fl oz (118 mL). At roughly one use per training session, most people get about a month to six weeks.

What does it cost, and is shipping free?

$19.99 for one bottle, $34.99 for a 2-pack, $49.99 for a 3-pack. Shipping is free on all three.

What's the return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@swyftspray.com and we'll sort it out.

How should I store it?

Out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Hypochlorous acid degrades over time with light and heat exposure, so a bottle baking on a car dashboard all summer isn't doing itself any favours.

Can I take it on a plane?

At 4 fl oz / 118 mL it's slightly over the 100 mL / 3.4 oz carry-on liquid limit in most jurisdictions, so it needs to go in checked baggage. Check your airline's current rules.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

It's alcohol-free and fragrance-free, which is generally the relevant part. That said, we're not going to promise it suits every skin type — patch test on your forearm first, and check with your dermatologist if you're treating a skin condition.

Is it good for wrestling, BJJ, and mat sports?

It's built for the same moment — training ends, a shower isn't immediately there — and being alcohol-free it won't sting on mat burns. It's an addition to showering, laundering gear, and skin checks, not a replacement for any of them.

Who is behind SWYFT?

A small independent brand in the United States. You can reach a human at support@swyftspray.com.
